We are a primary health care organisation established to coordinate primary health care delivery and tackle local health care needs and service gaps.

We aim to drive improvements in primary health care and ensure that services are better tailored to meet the needs of our local communities.

The Medicare Local will have a number of key roles in improving primary health care services for local communities.

StreetHealth was established in 2009, as a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), which provides after-hours primary health services for the homeless, transient and other disadvantaged groups.

StreetHealth is a is a charitable extension of the Macedon Ranges and North Western Melbourne Medicare.
